Power 1 is fundamentals, first 1-4 years of hockey or ringette.
Learning and fine-tuning base skills like forward, backward, tight turns, pivots, crossovers, stops and quick start.
CanSkate Stage 4 and higher
Hockey U7 & U9
Ringette Up to and including U10
Full equipment required
Power 2 is advanced, 3+ years experience.
Focus on increasing speed, control, and agility.
Hockey U11 to U15
Ringette U12 to U16
